According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 28, Jiangsu Yunshan Capital Management Co., Ltd. increased its holdings in Shenzhen Expressway (00548) by 7.474 million shares at a price of HK$6.5547 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$48.9898 million.
Following the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 105 million shares, with the latest shareholding ratio standing at 14%.
This transaction involves another related party: Jiangsu Communications Holdings Co., Ltd.
