On September 23, prominent value investor Duan Yongping responded to a 14-year-old investor's question, asking in return: "What is your definition of 'value investing'? Is it buying Coca-Cola?"

Meanwhile, dozens of multi-baggers emerged in tech and AI. He questioned whether trend investing is replacing value investing in an era of technological revolution, and whether clinging to "good companies at cheap prices" has become a generational habit.
