Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (FANTASIA) has confirmed a 5-to-1 share consolidation effective 14 August 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Each five ordinary shares of HK$0.10 par value have been consolidated into one share of HK$0.50 par value.

Prior to the exercise, FANTASIA had 18.12 billion issued shares. Post-consolidation, the outstanding share count stands at 3.62 billion, representing an 80% reduction, equivalent to 14.49 billion shares cancelled through consolidation.

No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and the company reported no share repurchases or redemptions requiring disclosure. The board confirmed that all regulatory and listing rule requirements were met and that all payments and filings related to the consolidation have been duly completed.
