NetDragon has announced the official release of its 2026 Interim Report, now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.nd.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies can be obtained from the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at no cost.

Registered shareholders who previously opted for electronic delivery but face access challenges may request physical copies by completing and submitting the enclosed Request Form via email (777-ecom@vistra.com), fax (+852 2890 9350), or post to Tricor’s office at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders may also alter their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—either in print or electronically—by returning the attached Form of Change of Preference without charge.
