Dufu Liquor Publishes Circular on Capital Reorganisation and Board-Lot Adjustment; Special General Meeting Scheduled for 22 May 2026

Dufu Liquor Group Limited released a bilingual circular dated 30 April 2026 covering two principal items:

1) a proposed capital reorganisation; and 2) a planned change in the board-lot size for trading the company’s shares.

The circular, together with the notice of a Special General Meeting, is now available on both the company’s website (www.dufu.com.hk) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The Special General Meeting will take place on 22 May 2026. Shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy corporate communications will receive printed versions of the circular by mail. Others may obtain printed copies free of charge by submitting a written request to the Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong; email: 986-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk).
