TI CLOUD Interim 2026: Revenue Rises 7.3 % to RMB 288.39 Million; AI Solutions Revenue Soars 133 %

TI CLOUD (stock code 02167) released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, highlighting accelerated top-line growth from its strategic pivot to an “AI-first” model.

Revenue and Profitability • Group revenue increased 7.3 % year-on-year to RMB 288.39 million. • Gross profit grew 6.2 % to RMB 148.14 million; gross margin slipped modestly to 51.4 % from 51.9 %. • Profit before tax surged 78.4 % to RMB 49.29 million, while net profit rose 78.0 % to RMB 49.26 million, reflecting higher operating efficiency and expanding AI contributions.

Segment Performance • AI Solutions revenue jumped 133.1 % to RMB 42.45 million, lifting its revenue share to 14.7 %. Within this line, Digital AI Labor Solutions recorded a 331.0 % leap to RMB 13.98 million, underpinned by adoption of the ZENAVA AI productivity platform and outcome-based pricing. • Contact Center Cloud Solutions remained the core pillar, generating RMB 230.69 million (-3.5 % YoY) and contributing 80.0 % of group turnover amid softer renewals in legacy SaaS seats. • Virtual Private Cloud and other services added RMB 15.24 million, up 33.1 %.

Operational Metrics • AI Solutions achieved annual recurring revenue of RMB 86 million as of June and surpassed RMB 100 million by 31 July 2026. • Daily token throughput on the ZENAVA platform exceeded 30 billion, supporting more than 180 enterprise customers. • Dollar-based net retention: 125.8 % for Digital AI Labor Solutions; 75.2 % for the broader SaaS suite.

Cash Flow and Balance Sheet • Net cash from operations climbed to RMB 51.17 million (2025: RMB 10.53 million). • Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 198.22 million at 30 June 2026, up from RMB 158.62 million at year-end 2025. • The group remains debt-free and reported no material capital commitments or contingent liabilities.

Capital Management • During the period, the company repurchased 163,000 shares for approximately HKD 0.64 million, holding 620,000 treasury shares as at 30 June 2026. • No interim dividend was declared.

Strategic Highlights TI CLOUD advanced its transition from traditional seat-based SaaS to AI-driven, outcome-based models. The proprietary ZENAVA platform serves as the growth engine, enabling large-scale AI productivity applications across marketing and customer service scenarios. Management positions contact centers as a primary use case for large language models, citing high-frequency conversational data, closed-loop ROI metrics and workflow automation potential.

Outlook The board intends to deepen the data-scenario-model-value flywheel, enhance core AI products, and expand enterprise penetration across multiple verticals while maintaining a prudent capital structure.
