Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued H shares held steady at 50.74 million, with no treasury stock. • Issued A shares increased by 353,720 to 1.199 billion, while treasury A shares remained unchanged at 8.75 million. The overall issuance lifted the group’s total outstanding shares by 0.03 percent.

Public Float Status OMNIVISION confirmed that its H-share public float meets HKEX requirements. As of 30 September, the company maintained a public-float ratio of 4.06 percent, equivalent to HK$4.21 billion in market value—well above the HK$1 billion threshold for PRC issuers with dual listings.

Equity Incentive Activity • Exercises under the 2023 First and Second Phase Stock Option Incentive Plans generated 353,695 new A shares. • Proceeds from option exercises totalled RMB 27.56 million. • Outstanding options across all plans now cover 27.38 million A shares, with no further grants to be made post-H-share listing.

Convertible Bonds • Conversion of the company’s 2026-maturity RMB-denominated convertible bonds resulted in the issuance of 25 new A shares during the month. • RMB 2.43 billion in principal remains outstanding, representing up to 15.30 million additional A shares on full conversion at RMB 159.02 per share.

Capital Integrity There were no share repurchases, warrant exercises, or other equity-linked issuances in September. The minimal share count expansion and static treasury position underscore the company’s stable capital base as it approaches the final quarter of 2026.
