Champion Technology Holdings Limited (CHAMPION TECH) has added Mr. Li Zhonghai to its board as a non-executive director, with the appointment taking effect on 15 June 2026.

Mr. Li, aged 45, brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology and corporate management. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation from Xi’an Jiaotong University (2004) and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2013).

Professional background: • Founder and manager of IT system-integration and technology-solution businesses in Mainland China since 2006. • Executive director of Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd. (formerly Winshine Science Company Limited, stock code 209) from April 2024 to September 2025.

Terms of appointment: • No fixed term; either party may terminate with one month’s written notice. • Monthly director’s fee: HK$50,000, as recommended by the human resources and remuneration committee and approved by the board. • Subject to rotation and re-election in accordance with company bye-laws.

Regulatory disclosures confirm that Mr. Li: • Holds no other positions within CHAMPION TECH or its subsidiaries. • Has no directorships in other listed companies during the past three years, apart from the role noted above. • Maintains no relationships with directors, senior management, or substantial or controlling shareholders. • Holds no interests in the company’s shares or underlying shares under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

The board extended a formal welcome to Mr. Li upon his appointment.
