Envision Green (01783) shares rose nearly 5%, reaching 4.19% higher at HK$4.605 as of press time, with a turnover of HK$27.5036 million.

On the news front, Envision Green previously announced plans to acquire up to HK$2.5 billion worth of equity in YV CLOUD Limited and Shanghai Youfu Cloud.

Shenwan Hongyuan noted that the company has initiated the acquisition of YV CLOUD Limited and its operating company Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., officially entering the computing power services sector. The target company, as one of China's earliest NVIDIA Cloud Partners, holds advantages in GPU allocation priority and original equipment manufacturer pricing.

Envision Green is simultaneously launching computing power asset expansion, having already completed the procurement of over 500 NVIDIA high-performance GPU servers. The firm is optimistic that the expansion of computing power scale will inject new momentum for high-speed growth into the company.

The bank further noted that in terms of the renewable resources business, the acceleration of copper cable decommissioning in the United States is driving reverse recycling demand into a phase of sustained release. The migration of telecom giants such as AT&T and Verizon toward wireless communications and fiber optic networks has become an irreversible trend.

Envision Green is deeply bound with leading clients including AT&T, Verizon, and Amazon, with broad room for penetration rate improvement among existing customers. The company uses fixed-term contracts to lock in procurement costs at agreed prices, and sells dismantled high-purity copper and aluminum at market prices. With copper prices running high, metal price increases directly enhance recycling price spreads, providing both earnings stability and elasticity.
