Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review these materials online, in line with the firm’s push to expand electronic dissemination of corporate information.

Shareholders who prefer physical copies can submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, using the prepaid mailing label provided. Alternatively, they may email a scanned copy of the form to ecomhk@boardroomlimited.com. Requests without a selection, signature or accurate contact details will be deemed invalid.

To receive future corporate communications—including annual, interim and quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents and proxy forms—via email, shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees should provide their functional email addresses to these intermediaries. Until a valid email address is on record, only printed notices of publication can be dispatched.

Langu confirmed that its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for FY 2025/2026 is available exclusively in electronic format on both the company and HKEX websites. The board also signalled that, subject to shareholder approval of amendments to the Articles of Association, it may discontinue sending printed notices of availability in future.
