Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Thursday:

Bank of America reiterates Micron as buy

Bank of America said it sees a "durable memory cycle" following earnings. "MU delivered another strong beat/raise, reinforcing our constructive view on memory's role in AI and increasing supply-side discipline supporting a durable cycle." Read more.

Goldman Sachs adds Amazon to the conviction buy list

The firm said Amazon has plenty more room to run. "AMZN is ideally positioned to benefit from both structural and cyclical tailwinds impacting the broader Tech sector yet has lagged many Tech stock peers and the broader S&P 500 over the past year, providing an attractive entry point for this perennial outperforming growth stock."

Wells Fargo upgrades BP to overweight from equal weight and downgrades Exxon to equal weight from overweight

The firm said it sees more upside in BP. "XOM could continue to see absolute upside within strong business conditions and execution across segments, but we see more upside in BP."

UBS reiterates Nvidia as buy

UBS said the stock is a top idea in the fourth quarter. "NVDA is an exceptional wealth compounder, earning the highest Economic Profit of any company ever last year and forecasts indicate continued expansion."

Deutsche Bank adds Meta to the fresh money list

Deutsche said shares remain attractive. "Shares have outperformed the broader market recently upon the launch of Muse, which has taken off electrically. Looking forward, we do not think this represents the end-state, rather the beginning of a rich product cycle and as such, we think META represents an attractive opportunity for long-term investors."

Loop upgrades Dollar Tree to buy from hold

Loop said the current economic backdrop is "favorable." "We are upgrading Dollar Tree to a Buy from a Hold rating while raising our price target to $140 from $130, implying 23% upside from current levels."

Morgan Stanley initiates Toll Brothers as overweight

Morgan Stanley said it sees "resilient earnings." "TOL's affluent buyers and pricing power support more resilient margins and earnings, yet the stock trades at the lowest P/E in our coverage (~10x)." Read more.

Citi initiates Rocket Lab as buy

Citi said the space company is "uniquely positioned." "As one of the only companies on the planet delivering regular commercial access to orbit, we believe RKLB's proven launch vehicle deep portfolio of space technology, launch infrastructure and vertically integrated growth flywheel uniquely positions the company within the space industry landscape."

Wells Fargo adds Microsoft to the fourth quarter tactical buy list

Wells raised its price target to $725 per share from $700. "We see a favorable tactical setup for MSFT shares into 4Q given a number of key catalysts, most notably realization of its AI advantage up & down the stack, upcoming Nov. Ignite conference & new segment reporting. Remain constructive into year-end, esp w/ shares at ~25x P/E."

Guggenheim reiterates Netflix as buy

Guggenheim raised its price target on Netflix to $80 per share from $75. "We maintain our BUY rating ahead of 3Q26 results despite continued investor concern particularly focused on revenue trajectory and content slate."

Morgan Stanley reiterates Apple as overweight

Morgan Stanley lowered its price target on Apple to $355 per share from $360. "Following Fall product launch, we modestly raise our revenue estimates on stronger iPhone builds, Mac upside, and Services pricing. However, lower iPhone ASPs and higher memory costs largely offset, leaving FY27-FY28 EPS broadly unchanged at $10, with Agentic a potential emerging risk."
