EASOU TECH Issues Reminder on Transition to Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications

EASOU TECH (Easou Technology Holdings Limited) released a shareholder reminder dated 30 September 2026 confirming the formal shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. Key points are as follows:

• Scope of documents: Materials affected include directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

• Access channels: Identical English and Chinese versions of every future corporate communication will be hosted on the company’s website (www.easou.cn) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk); no printed copies will be dispatched by default.

• Shareholder action required: – Investors who have not yet submitted a functional email address are urged to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by completing and mailing the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. – If no valid email is provided, “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections) will continue to be sent in hard copy. – Shareholders preferring physical copies of all corporate communications may opt in by returning the reply form or emailing Ir@easou.cn with their name, address and request; such an instruction remains effective for one year from receipt.

• Governance oversight: The reminder letter is issued under the authority of the Board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr Wang Xi.

The company reiterates that the transition aims to enhance communication efficiency and support environmental sustainability while ensuring shareholders retain the option to receive printed materials upon request.
