Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL (STGT) has repurchased 403,800 of its own shares on Sep, 22 2026, executing the transaction on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as part of its second share buyback programme for financial management purposes.
The shares were acquired at a price of 10.70 per share, taking total outlay for this tranche to 4.32 million. With this purchase, the cumulative volume bought since the programme began has reached 12.0 million shares, equivalent to 0.42% of the company’s paid-up share capital.
STGT’s board approved the buyback on May, 08 2026, authorising the company to repurchase up to 62.1 million shares, or 2.17% of paid-up capital, by Nov, 07 2026.
