Times China Holdings Limited announced that, in accordance with the 28 November 2025 indenture, it has exercised its interest payment options for three U.S.-dollar senior notes on the 30 September 2026 interest payment date:
1. 4.0% Senior Notes due 2029 (“Short-Term Notes”) • Cash interest paid: USD 0.96 million • Payment-in-kind (PIK) interest added: USD 2.89 million • Outstanding principal increased to USD 195.84 million from USD 192.95 million
2. 4.2% Senior Notes due 2032 (“Medium-Term Notes”) • Cash interest: none • PIK interest added: USD 17.15 million • Outstanding principal increased to USD 833.70 million from USD 816.55 million
3. 4.5% Senior Notes due 2033/2035 (“Long-Term Notes”) • Cash interest: none • PIK interest added: USD 9.20 million • Outstanding principal increased to USD 418.20 million from USD 409.00 million
The combined PIK accrual across the three series totals USD 29.24 million, reflecting the company’s preference to conserve cash while capitalizing interest into principal for the Medium- and Long-Term Notes and partially for the Short-Term Notes.
