Fantasia Holdings Group reported a material expansion in its equity base for July 2026, adding 11.06 billion ordinary shares and nearly tripling its outstanding share count.

The company issued three tranches on 30 July 2026, all stemming from a restructuring scheme approved on 15 May 2026: • 5.14 billion “Scheme Creditor Shares” priced at HKD 1.52 each. • 1.54 billion “Scheme Fee Shares” priced at HKD 0.10 each. • 4.38 billion “Capitalisation Shares” priced at HKD 0.30 each.

Following these transactions, Fantasia’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) rose 191.6 % month-on-month to 16.83 billion shares. The company continues to hold no treasury shares.

Authorised capital remained unchanged at 30 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 3.00 billion.

Fantasia confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement. No movements were reported for share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked securities.
