DAJIN: Morgan Stanley Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 5.1%

On September 18, 2026, Morgan Stanley acquired 144,100 H shares of DAJIN through an increase in shares held in respect of which it may exercise its right to rehypothecate or dispose of, crossing the 5% notifiable threshold. The transaction is not a direct on-market dealing in the secondary market.

Prior to the acquisition, Morgan Stanley's long position in DAJIN was 5.08 million shares, representing 4.96%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 5.22 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.1%.
