ZIJIN MINING: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 13.78%

On September 24, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 16.88 million H shares of ZIJIN MINING (02899) off-exchange at an average price of HKD 32.4974 per share, involving approximately HKD 548.70 million. The off-exchange transaction (consideration in cash) represents the release of a security interest in the shares, and is not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in ZIJIN MINING was 842.28 million shares, representing 14.06% of the issued H shares; following the release of the security interest, the holding changed to 825.39 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 13.78%.
