Techtronic Industries Repurchases 56,000 Shares for HKD 7.27 Million; Outstanding Shares Steady at 1.83 Billion

Techtronic Industries Company Limited reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it bought back 56,000 ordinary shares on 2 September 2026, paying between HKD 128.50 and HKD 130.40 per share. The transaction cost HKD 7.27 million, reflecting a volume-weighted average price of HKD 129.90.

Including this latest purchase, the company has repurchased 231,000 shares between 25 August and 2 September 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 131.68 to HKD 140.33. The estimated outlay for these seven sessions totals roughly HKD 31.04 million, implying an average cost of about HKD 134.37 per share. The shares represent approximately 0.01 % of Techtronic’s 1.83 billion issued shares.

All 231,000 repurchased shares remain outstanding but are scheduled for cancellation. As a result, the issued share capital closed unchanged at 1.83 billion shares, with no treasury shares recorded.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, Techtronic is authorised to buy back up to 182.98 million shares. To date, the company has acquired 3.18 million shares—about 0.17 % of its share base at the mandate date—utilising roughly 1.74 % of the authorised limit.

Following the latest transaction, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—running through 2 October 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or sell treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
