According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 24, Kwok Hui Kwong increased her holdings of Shangri-La Asia (00069) by 182,000 shares at HK$3.8876 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$707,500.
After the increase, her latest shareholding stands at approximately 102 million shares, representing 2.84% of the issued shares.
Supplementary information: Box 27 and Box 32: The shares under the codes of 2305 and 5102 were held through discretionary trusts of which Ms KUOK Hui Kwong is a discretionary beneficiary.
