On September 23, 2026, Yan Zhang acquired 5.58 million shares of FIRE ROCK (01909) off-exchange at an average of HKD 1.8 per share, involving about HKD 10.05 million. The transaction was an off-exchange trade (cash consideration), not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Yan Zhang's long position in FIRE ROCK was 123.84 million shares, representing 51.0%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 129.42 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 53.3%.
