Keep Inc. (HKEX: 03650) disclosed that it repurchased 157,900 ordinary shares on 29 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 1.275 to HKD 1.38 per share, for a total outlay of HKD 0.22 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 1.3764.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 495.08 million, down 0.03% from the previous day’s 495.24 million. Treasury shares increased to 15.19 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 510.28 million.
The buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 04 June 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 50.24 million shares. To date, Keep has repurchased 7.33 million shares under the mandate, equivalent to 1.46% of the issued share base on the mandate date. Of these, 157,900 shares are held as treasury stock, while a further 3.43 million shares repurchased between January and April 2026 are awaiting cancellation.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Keep is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 29 October 2026.
