Mulsanne Group released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, detailing progress in climate strategy, supply-chain management and workforce development.

The Board – comprising nine members, with independent non-executive directors accounting for 33.30% and female directors for 22.20% – approved the report on 26 March 2026. Three specialist committees (Audit, Remuneration and Nomination) are fully staffed by non-executive and independent directors.

Key climate metrics show total Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions of 2,155.83 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, equalling an intensity of 104.86 tonnes per RMB100 million of revenue. Renewable energy generated from rooftop solar panels reached 725,392 kWh, contributing to total electricity use of 4.05 million kWh. Overall energy consumption stood at 4,800.71 MWh, or 233.50 MWh per RMB100 million. Water use totalled 40,675 tonnes.

Waste-management data include 2.52 tonnes of hazardous waste and 2,313.60 tonnes of non-hazardous waste, primarily from store refurbishments. Packaging optimisation reduced single-use materials by switching festival gift boxes to reusable bamboo woven bags and increasing the reuse of plastic shipping bags.

Supply-chain oversight covers 363 suppliers, 66.40% of which are located in East China. All vendors undergo quarterly evaluations across quality, delivery and compliance criteria; those involved in major non-compliance are black-listed. The company held a special quality meeting with around 30 key suppliers to set annual improvement targets and encourages adoption of certifications such as Bluesign and OEKO-TEX.

Employee initiatives feature a dual-track career system and 4,317 training hours delivered to 679 staff. Turnover stood at 139 employees. Occupational safety performance recorded zero work-related fatalities and 28 lost workdays. Anti-corruption training covered 100% of employees, totalling 1,212 hours.

Information-security controls include segregated network architecture, bastion hosts, multi-factor authentication and biannual disaster-recovery drills. No material data-privacy incidents were reported.

The group filed 20 trademark applications and now holds 218 registered trademarks after strengthening intellectual-property oversight through regular audits and staff training.

Mulsanne Group reiterated medium-term plans to expand solar capacity, integrate sustainable materials and target net-zero emissions by 2030, aligning with national carbon-neutrality goals.
