On the news front, Duiba recently announced that Xiaoliang Holding, under the name of company founder Chen Xiaoliang, entered into a deed of gift with employee shareholding incentive platform Kewei Holding, transferring a total of 120.682 million company shares held by it to the platform free of charge, accounting for approximately 11.21% of the company's total issued share capital.
