Sino ICT Holdings Limited (stock code 00365) announced on 30 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (www.sino-ict.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report by mail. All other registered shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at least seven days in advance—either by post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong or via email to is-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com—to receive electronic notifications and future actionable corporate communications.

If no valid email address is on record, the company will dispatch a postal notification of online availability and continue to send actionable documents in printed form. Shareholders may alter their preferred method and language of receipt at any time by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form or by written/email notice to Tricor.

Requests for printed copies of future corporate communications will remain effective until 31 December 2027 unless earlier revoked or superseded. For queries, shareholders can contact Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours.
