The Stock Exchange of Thailand has signed a memorandum of understanding with the New York Stock Exchange to establish a framework for dual-listing cooperation, according to a statement released Friday by SET Chairman Asadej Kongsiri.

The agreement covers product and index development, ETF cross-listing, market data, ESG products, and information sharing.

The collaboration is intended to help Thai-listed companies better reach global investors and capital, while also broadening the channels through which international investors can invest in Thai assets.

The partnership will also provide more financing options for foreign companies investing in Thailand, supporting the Thai government's investment promotion efforts.
