Singapore Exchange Ltd. Announces Winners of SGX Orb Awards 2026

Singapore Exchange Ltd. (S68) announced on Sep, 24 2026 the winners of the SGX Orb Awards 2026, which recognise outstanding financial journalism and content.

The “Story of the Year” award went to “Is there a place for insurance in your portfolio?” by Felicia Tan and Lin Daoyi of The Edge Singapore.

The Special Category, “The Value Equation,” was won by “How Boustead Singapore turns time into an asset” by Kenji Tay of The Fifth Person.

In the “Hidden Gem” category, The Edge Singapore’s Kevin Tan secured the top spot with “Men with a vision.”

An experiential project titled “How well do you know the Singapore stock market?” by a team from The Straits Times won the “An Experiential Treat” category.

The “#TheGoTo” award for personal finance content was awarded to “Personal finance for Singaporeans (Investing)” by Dawn Cher of SG Budget Babe.

Judging was conducted by a panel that included representatives from Amova Asset Management, City, University of London, CFA Institute, Openspace Capital and Eastspring Investments. The awards were presented during SGX Group’s annual Media Appreciation Night.
