China First Capital Group Limited (FIRST CAP GP, stock code 01269) has prolonged the Consent Fee Deadline associated with its Restructuring Support Agreement (RSA) to 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time on 31 October 2026. The extension is intended to provide additional time to advance the company’s proposed debt restructuring plan.

The extension follows a series of announcements dating back to December 2023 concerning winding-up petitions and, more recently, multiple RSA-related updates issued on 2 January 2026, 2 February 2026, 31 March 2026, 30 June 2026, and 31 August 2026.

Management reiterated that there is no assurance the proposed scheme will obtain the required approvals or court sanction, nor that discussions with creditors will reach a definitive conclusion. Further updates will be released as material developments arise, and investors are urged to exercise extreme caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

The announcement was authorised by the board of FIRST CAP GP and signed by Company Secretary Chan Kwok Kee, Andy on 30 September 2026. The board currently comprises three executive directors—Dr. Wilson Sea, Dr. Zhu Huanqiang and Mr. Gu Xingchen—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chu Kin Wang, Peleus, Ms. Lu Dan and Mr. Qiao Huabin.
