As the golden autumn season brings the promise of a bountiful harvest, the collaboration between government and enterprises is driving shared development. On September 18, the Jingning County Auto Parts Industry Cooperation and Promotion Conference was held at the Jingning Hotel. Song Zhenbo, Strategic Procurement Director of Geely's Supply Chain Center, along with 45 representatives from supply chain companies across the country, gathered in the historic hometown of Ji Ji to conduct on-site inspections and discuss cooperation, together witnessing the historic breakthrough of Jingning's auto parts industry as it transitions from a blank slate to rapid growth.

That morning, the attendees conducted field research at companies such as Gansu Huyou Zhengtong, Hot-Stamping (Jingning) Parts, and Jingning Shidai Technology, as well as at the planned construction site of the Jingning High-tech Zone. They then held group discussions focused on supporting industries including automotive interiors, wrapping, and seating.

In recent years, Jingning County has seized the opportunity presented by the eastern industry's tiered relocation, making the development of the auto parts industry its top priority. The county has successfully attracted a number of leading enterprises. The Hot-Stamping project went from contract signing to production in just 4 months, while the Jingning Shidai Technology project achieved trial production in just 5 months, vividly demonstrating the "Jingning Speed" of investment attraction. This left the attending entrepreneurs with a direct and profound impression of Jingning's industrial foundation and development potential.

At the conference, Yang Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Jingning County Party Committee and County Mayor, comprehensively introduced the "four core advantages" of Jingning's auto parts industry to the guests. He explained that in the future, Jingning will focus on strengthening the "big five components" of seats, expanding the "six major categories" of complete vehicles, connecting the seven major "process chains," and cultivating productive service industries such as industrial data annotation. The goal is to establish a centralized procurement center for the automotive seat sector within three years and build an important auto parts industry base in southeastern Gansu within five years.

Song Zhenbo, Strategic Procurement Director of Geely's Supply Chain Center, stated that Geely will deepen the collaborative development model of "Jingning Manufacturing + Xi'an Final Assembly," incorporating Jingning into the core supporting circle of its two major production bases in Xi'an and Baoji, providing comprehensive support in areas such as order allocation and technological empowerment. Xu Ouyang, the investment ambassador for Jingning's auto parts industry chain, Luo Junxuan, Chairman of Guangzhou Tengmei Automotive Interior Co., Ltd., and Hu Zhengzhi, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Shengtai Plastic Auto Parts Factory Co., Ltd., also delivered speeches, expressing their strong willingness to deepen cooperation and invest in Jingning.

Wang Lei, Secretary of the Jingning County Party Committee, engaged in in-depth discussions with the entrepreneurs based on the inspection, research, and negotiation outcomes. She stated that Jingning now has the capacity to produce 900,000 seat covers and 6.5 million headrests and armrests annually, establishing an industrial "micro-circulation" that reinforces confidence in investing and developing in Jingning. She affirmed that Jingning will unwaveringly deepen the "Jingning Manufacturing + Xi'an Final Assembly" collaborative model, leveraging the planned 400-mu auto parts industrial park and 1,080 mu of reserved industrial land to provide enterprises with full-cycle policy support.

Following the conference, Jingning County also held four special negotiation and docking meetings with companies including Baidu Intelligent Cloud Annotation Base, Shaanxi Yushi Auto Technology, Tengmei Company, the Jingning Shidai Seat Cover Project, and Shanghai Shengtai Plastic Auto Parts Factory. These meetings focused on refining cooperation details point by point, making every effort to accelerate the signing of intended projects and the implementation of signed projects.
