NCI Announces RMB 0.73 Interim Dividend; Ex-Dividend on 4 Nov, Payable 10 Dec 2026

New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (abbreviated as NCI) released an updated notice regarding its interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026, confirming a cash distribution of RMB 0.73 per share. The dividend, classified as an ordinary semi-annual payout, pertains to the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Shareholders are scheduled to approve the dividend on 22 October 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 4 November 2026, with the deadline for lodging share transfer documents set at 16:30 on 5 November 2026. NCI’s register of members will be closed from 6 November to 11 November 2026, and the record date is 11 November 2026. Payment is slated for 10 December 2026.

The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars, with the applicable HKD amount and exchange rate to be announced. Details regarding withholding tax are yet to be disclosed.
