China Treasures New Materials Group Ltd. (CH TREASURES NM, stock code 02439) has announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.jl-ks.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board is encouraging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept via intermediaries—to access the electronic version to support paper-light corporate communication. Investors who cannot view or receive the online document may request complimentary printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications.

To obtain hard copies, non-registered holders should: • Complete and sign the enclosed Reply Form, selecting English, Chinese or bilingual versions. • Return the form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or by email (2439-ecom@vistra.com). • Each request remains valid for one year unless revoked or replaced.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery must provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. Until an email address is recorded, publication notices will be sent only in printed form.
