China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed on 25 September 2026 that it bought back 304,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same date, paying a total of HKD 1.00 million. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 3.275 to HKD 3.36 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average price of HKD 3.30171.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.03% to approximately 1.05 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 30.88 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at about 1.08 billion, as the repurchased shares were retained in treasury rather than cancelled.

The 304,000 shares acquired represent 0.02895% of the company’s issued share capital prior to the repurchase. The buyback forms part of a broader mandate approved by shareholders on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. To date, China Boton has utilised 0.28% of that limit, leaving roughly 107.75 million shares available for future repurchases under the current authorisation.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium—expiring on 25 October 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Exchange approval.
