Perfect Medical Health Management Limited (Perfect Medical) reported that Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Mr. Chi Chi Hung, Kenneth will resign from the board, the Remuneration Committee chairmanship, and membership of both the Audit and Nomination Committees with effect from 30 September 2026. The departure stems from Mr. Chi’s intention to allocate more time to other business commitments. He confirmed no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Effective the same date, fellow INED Mr. Chuk Sai Cheong Simon will assume the position of Remuneration Committee chairman. Following these adjustments, the Remuneration Committee will comprise Mr. Chuk Sai Cheong Simon (chairman), Ms. Hsu Wai Man, Helen and Ms. Cho Yi Ping.

Post-change, Perfect Medical’s board will continue to consist of four executive directors—Dr. Au-Yeung Kong, Ms. Au-Yeung Wai, Ms. Au-Yeung Hung and Mr. So Hin Lung—and three INEDs—Ms. Hsu Wai Man, Helen, Ms. Cho Yi Ping and Mr. Chuk Sai Cheong Simon.

The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chi’s contributions during his tenure.
