Shareholders are urged to provide functional email addresses to ensure timely receipt of “Notice of Availability” alerts and any future actionable corporate communications. Contact details can be submitted by scanning a personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form, by signing and returning the form to the share registrar, or by emailing sce-re.ecom@computershare.com.hk. If no valid email is on file, shareholders will be deemed to have elected to receive notification by post.

Those preferring printed copies may request them via the reply form or by email; such instructions will remain effective for one year unless revoked or superseded. The company highlights the critical importance of accurate contact information to avoid delays in receiving future communications.
