Giordano Int’l Invites Shareholders to Opt for Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 24

Giordano International Limited has dispatched a reply form that allows registered shareholders to select their preferred method for receiving future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, financial statements, ESG reports, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars, and proxy forms.

Shareholders may choose one of two options: 1) Access an electronic version of all corporate communications via the company’s website, accompanied by either an email alert or a postal notification letter; or 2) Continue to receive printed copies only.

If a completed reply form—or any written objection—is not returned by 26 October 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to electronic dissemination. The preference will remain in effect until a written notice or email is submitted to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, to change the delivery method.

Joint holders must have the first-named shareholder on the register sign the form for it to be valid. Personal data supplied will be used solely for processing the stated instructions, in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

All correspondence should be directed to: Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email at 709-ecom@vistra.com.

The initiative underscores Giordano Int’l’s ongoing transition toward more sustainable and efficient shareholder communication practices.
