Kunlun Energy Cancels 17.87 Million Shares, Trimming Issued Capital by 0.21%

Kunlun Energy Company Limited confirmed a further contraction of its share base after cancelling 17.87 million repurchased ordinary shares on 28 September 2026.

The cancellation reduced the company’s issued share capital to 8.62 billion shares from 8.64 billion, representing a 0.21% decrease. All repurchased shares—acquired in on-market transactions conducted on 16, 22–24, 29–30 June and 2, 6–8, 13, 14, 20–21 July 2026—were bought back at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 6.6536 per share. Based on this average price, the aggregate cash consideration for the repurchases totals approximately HKD 118.89 million.

Following the cancellation, Kunlun Energy holds no treasury shares. The disclosure was filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by Company Secretary Xie Mao under the Exchange’s Main Board Rule 13.25A requirements.
