(Dynagreen; stock code 01330) has issued a proxy form convening its 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 23 October 2026. The meeting will be held on the 2nd Floor of Jiuzhou Electronic Building, No. 7 Keji South 12th Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, PRC.

Key agenda items – all tabled as ordinary resolutions – are:

• Approval of the 2026 interim profit distribution plan. • Approval of the Shareholders’ Return Plan for 2027-2029. • Approval of the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosures.

H-shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote. Completed proxy forms, together with relevant authorization documents, must reach the Company’s H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 22 October 2026 (Hong Kong time).

Shareholders who submit a proxy form retain the right to attend and vote in person. Proxy appointments automatically lapse at the close of the EGM or any adjournment thereof.
