Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) has reported a minor adjustment to its equity structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Share Capital Movement • Authorised/registered capital declined by 0.21 million A shares, bringing the total authorised share base to 17.15 billion shares (par value: RMB 1 each). • Issued A shares fell by the same 0.21 million, or approximately 0.002%, to 13.21 billion. • The company’s 3.94 billion H shares remained unchanged. • Total issued shares at month-end stood at 17.15 billion, with no treasury shares outstanding.

Reason for the Change On 15 September 2026, CHALCO repurchased and cancelled 212,580 A shares under its 2021 Restricted Share Incentive Scheme. The Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation confirmed the cancellation on 16 September 2026.

Capital Structure and Compliance • No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked securities were outstanding or issued during the month. • CHALCO confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 5% for its H-share class.

The insignificant reduction in A-share count reflects routine management of the incentive programme and leaves the overall capital structure broadly unchanged.
