China Ting Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in August 2026, Confirms Compliance With HKEX Float Rules

China Ting Group Holdings Limited reported no changes to its capital structure for the month ended 31 August 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 September 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.10 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

China Ting also confirmed that its public float satisfies the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25 percent of issued shares, in line with Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or outstanding during the month, and there were no repurchases, cancellations, or transfers involving treasury shares.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Raymond Cheng Ho Lung and attests that all regulatory requirements and listing conditions were met during the reporting period.
