XIAO NOODLES Keeps Issued Share Base Steady While Expanding 2026 Buy-Back to 4.48 Million H Shares

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (“XIAO NOODLES”) reported that its issued H-share capital remained unchanged at 710.69 million shares as of 28 September 2026, according to the company’s Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

The company is actively executing a share-repurchase programme. Key data points are as follows:

1. Latest on-market transaction • Date: 28 September 2026 • Shares repurchased: 95,500 • Price range: HK$4.15–HK$4.29 • Cash outlay: HK$0.41 million

2. Cumulative repurchases not yet cancelled • Total H shares awaiting cancellation: 21.79 million • Equivalent to 3.07 % of the current issued share base

No new shares were issued, nor were any treasury shares sold during the period. In line with HKEX Listing Rules, a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share disposal is in effect until 28 October 2026.

Chairman and CEO Song Qi confirmed that all repurchase activities complied with relevant regulatory requirements and the company’s approved mandate.
