On 24 September 2026, Minsheng Education Group Company Limited (“Minsheng Education”) released its 2026 Interim Report and formalised a company-wide transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, in line with the revised Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules that became effective on 31 December 2023.

The Interim Report, published in both English and Chinese, is now available on the HKEXnews website and the company’s investor portal (www.minshengedu.com). Shareholders encountering difficulties in accessing the online version may request a complimentary printed copy by emailing minshengeducation.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Minsheng Education confirmed that all subsequent corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be provided electronically via the company and HKEX websites. Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to supply their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive automated notifications of new publications. Until a functional email is lodged, these shareholders will not receive such alerts and must monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates; however, “Actionable Corporate Communications” will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.

Holders preferring physical documents can opt in at any time by submitting the accompanying reply form to the share registrar or by emailing the request, with name and address details, to minshengeducation.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
