To ensure low-altitude safety during the "Jungar Dahe Ji" Jungar Super Bá Golden Autumn Culture and Tourism Integration Experience Event, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the following notice is hereby issued regarding the temporary flight control airspace for unmanned aerial vehicles in the Xuejiawan town area:

Control Period

From 6:00 on October 1, 2026 to 24:00 on October 7, 2026.

Controlled Airspace No. 1

The area bounded by Jungar Road to the north, Zhuxi Street to the west, Kaiyuan Bridge to the east, and Binhe South Road to the south.

Controlled Airspace No. 2

The area bounded by Xuezhou Highway to the north, Taihe Road to the west, and Jingguan River to the south.

Control Measures

1. Within the above controlled airspace and time periods for the large-scale event, the flight of unmanned aerial vehicles and other "low, slow, small" aircraft is prohibited.

2. For those who fly within the above areas without filing with the public security organ, the public security organ will implement control measures against the "unmanned aerial vehicles" and, in accordance with the "Discretionary Standards for Administrative Penalties for Illegal Acts Involving Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Handled by Public Security Organs" and other relevant laws and regulations, will strictly hold the relevant personnel accountable.

3. If members of the public discover any behavior that violates the provisions of this notice, they may report it by calling the 110 emergency number.

During the implementation of control measures, if relevant units or individuals have flight needs, please promptly file with the Jungar Banner Public Security Bureau. Only after filing may flight activities be conducted within the controlled time periods and controlled areas.
