Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd (abbrev. “Flowing Cloud”) has released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable share-capital base and continued adherence to Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float rules.
Flowing Cloud’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 250.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000.
Issued share capital was likewise steady. As at 30 September 2026, the company had 130.03 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares), while 59,100 shares were held in treasury, leaving the total issued share count at 130.09 million—identical to the previous month. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the reporting period.
The board confirmed that Flowing Cloud satisfied the HKEX’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as of month-end.
Under the share option scheme adopted on 8 September 2022, 972,600 options granted on 14 July 2023 (adjusted exercise price: HKD 35.60) remained outstanding, with no exercises or cancellations recorded in September. The scheme still permits the future issuance of up to 8.08 million shares.
The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no funds were raised during the month.
