The repurchased shares are intended to be held as treasury shares, and the number of shares to be cancelled is zero. Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 431,469,264 to 431,367,764, while the number of treasury shares increased from 40,293,000 to 40,394,500. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 471,762,264.

The repurchase mandate resolution was approved on June 5, 2026, allowing the issuer to repurchase up to 43,603,576 shares under the mandate.
