Life Concepts Holdings Limited reported a series of senior management changes approved at its Board meeting on 30 September 2026.

• Executive Director resignation: Mr. Ho Kwok Wai resigned as Executive Director with immediate effect after the Board meeting, citing the need to focus on other business commitments. He confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no issues requiring shareholder attention.

• Company secretary transition: Mr. Tse Tsz Him resigned as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, and Process Agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and GEM Listing Rule 24.05(2), effective immediately. Mr. Tse also confirmed no disagreement with the Board.

• New appointments: Ms. Kwan Man Ying was appointed to all three of Mr. Tse’s former roles—Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent—effective from the same date. Currently a company secretarial manager at AE Majoris Corporate Services Company Limited, Ms. Kwan is an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). The Board affirmed that she meets the professional qualification requirements of GEM Listing Rule 5.14.

Following the changes, the Board comprises six Directors: three Executive Directors—Mr. Xu Qiang (Chairman and CEO), Ms. Wu Liyu and Mr. Chan Tai Neng—and three Independent Non-executive Directors—Mr. Hui Hung Kwan, Mr. Bian Hongjiang and Mr. Chen Wenrui.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Tse for his service and welcomed Ms. Kwan to her new positions.
