On September 21, 2026, UBS Group AG acquired an interest in 2.94 million shares of EASTROC (09980) via an off-exchange derivative transaction, thereby crossing the 5% threshold and becoming a substantial shareholder. The acquisition was effected through equity derivatives (options, warrants, swaps, etc.) and was not a direct dealing in the underlying shares.
Prior to the acquisition, UBS Group AG's long position in EASTROC was 2.85 million shares, representing 4.89%; following the acquisition, the holding increased to 2.94 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.06%.
