JOY SPREADER (06988) has issued an announcement that one of its joint company secretaries, Lian Shaoe, has tendered her resignation from the position of joint company secretary of the company.

Lian also ceased to act as one of the company's authorized representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Rules Governing the Listing of Securities, and as the authorized representative for accepting service of legal process or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with both resignations taking effect from September 30, 2026.

Following Lian's resignation, Qin Jiaxin has also been appointed as one of the authorized representatives and as the process agent to replace her, with effect from September 30, 2026.
