Furthermore, after considering the recommendation of the nomination committee, the company's board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Zhu Tao as a candidate for non-executive director, and Lu Weidong as a candidate for independent non-executive director. The proposed appointments of both individuals are subject to approval by shareholders via ordinary resolution at an extraordinary general meeting, and will take effect from the date of approval at the extraordinary general meeting.

From January 2015 to August 2020, he served as deputy party secretary, executive director, and president of Shanghai Huarui Bank Co., Ltd. From March 2011 to November 2014, he served as party secretary and president of the Suzhou branch of Bank of China. From December 2006 to March 2011, he served as a member of the party committee, assistant to the president, and vice president at the Shanghai branch of Bank of China. From December 2000 to December 2006, he served as party secretary and president of the Shanghai Pudong branch of Bank of China. He obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Peking University in July 1992 and a master's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in July 2000.
Lu Weidong, aged 63. He previously served as an independent non-executive director of Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited from October 2016 to March 2026. Prior to joining Shenzhen Junfu, he served as a non-audit business partner at Grant Thornton (formerly known as Jingdu Tianhua Certified Public Accountants) from January 2010 to August 2011. From January 2008 to January 2010, he worked at Shanghai Junfu Pan Chen Zhang Jiahua Certified Public Accountants, where he successively served as a Grant Thornton China partner and secretary-general of the partners' meeting, and managing partner of the Shenzhen branch. From March 1997 to January 2008, he served as managing partner of Shenzhen Licheng Certified Public Accountants (formerly known as Shenzhen Licheng Certified Public Accountants), and from May 1994 to March 1997, he served as its legal representative. From July 1991 to March 1994, he served as a supervisor assistant and audit department manager at Shenzhen Guangming Certified Public Accountants. From December 1987 to July 1991, he successively served as an assistant auditor, assistant manager, and manager at Shekou Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants. From September 1985 to December 1987, he served as an accounting assistant and accounting manager at China Electronics System Engineering Corporation.
