Unitas Holdings Limited (“Unitas”) secured full shareholder support at its 30 September 2026 Annual General Meeting, with all eight ordinary resolutions passed by 100.00% of the votes cast.

The poll covered the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, the re-election of independent non-executive directors Mr. Lee Chi Keung Jim and Mr. Siu Chi Yiu Kenny, and the authorisation for the board to fix directors’ remuneration. Each resolution received 637.60 million votes in favour and none against.

Investors also ratified the re-appointment of Asian Alliance (HK) CPA Limited as external auditor and approved its fee authorisation.

Share capital mandates were renewed without opposition: • Share repurchase mandate: authority to buy back up to 10% of issued shares. • General issuance mandate: authority to allot and issue new shares up to 20% of issued share capital. • Extension mandate: authority to increase the issuance limit by the number of shares repurchased.

Participation metrics underscore strong engagement: 637.60 million shares voted, representing approximately 24.41% of the 2.61 billion shares in issue. No shares were required to abstain, and no votes were cast against any resolution. Union Registrars Limited acted as scrutineer, and all directors attended the meeting in person or electronically.
