The water outage area covers the T-shaped intersection of Duanjiatan Road and Yuchikou Road to the T-shaped intersection of Duanjiatan Road and Yandong Road.

Affected water users include Lanzhou Sanyi Property Management Co., Ltd., Gansu Xinda Property Management Co., Ltd., Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, Gansu Agricultural Vocational and Technical College, Gansu Xinsheng Property Management Co., Ltd., Gansu Chuangxin Industrial Co., Ltd., Gansu Yudun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., and Lanzhou Jinxing Electronic Equipment Processing Factory, among others.
