Hong Kong stock market movement: CCTC (HKEX: 06951) fell nearly 5%, down 4.85% as of press time to HK$123.6, with a turnover of HK$45.1686 million.
On the news front, on the evening of September 24, Huafeng Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huafeng International participated as an anchor investor in CCTC's initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 7, 2026, and was allotted 781,300 shares. As of now, Huafeng International has sold 420,900 shares of CCTC through the secondary market; in order to further optimize its asset structure, Huafeng International plans to continue disposing of no more than 360,400 shares of CCTC through the secondary market at an opportune time. This move means that Huafeng International will fully divest all of its H-shares in CCTC.
It is worth noting that this reduction by Huafeng Co., Ltd. comes as CCTC's H-share price is in the high range since its listing. CCTC officially listed on the Hong Kong stock market in July this year at an issue price of HK$100.3 per share. After listing, driven by the continued rise in the prosperity of the MLCC industry, its H-share price climbed rapidly. On September 21, CCTC's H-shares once touched HK$152.7 per share intraday, setting a new high since its listing.
